UM

UM is the motorcycle brand born in America; founded by the Villegas Family in the early 2000s. Though it is a novice in motorcycle field, its history can be traced back to family’s patriarch, Mr. Octavio Villegas Llano who dreamt of creating transportation possibilities and was a great entrepreneur founding automotive plants, distribution companies of Asian vehicles and a wide range of transportation products from trolley buses to three wheelers. UM aims for being the world leader in the motorcycle industry establishing strong and reliable network of suppliers and distribution along the way.

Currently, UM’s line-up for India consists of just three cylinder motorcycles, christened as the Renegade series, all three bikes will be powered by a 280cc single cylinder and liquid cooled motor. The cheapest offering is the Renegade Sport S which is an entry level cruiser. The Renegade Commando comes as the slightly modified version of the Sport S. The Renegade Classic will be their flagship cruiser with wide handlebars, a windscreen and retro paint scheme. The UM motorcycles are equipped with USB charging socket, service alert system, blind spot mirrors, 360 degree LED light system and ante-flat system for the tubeless tyres. UM offers optional accessories for those who wish to take their motorcycles for touring.
