Maruti Suzuki Swift Sport is offered in several countries in two versions - three-door and five-door. The model was displayed in India at the 12th edition of Delhi Auto Expo that was held in the February of last year. Since then, there have been speculations that Indian customers might get the sportier version of the Swift. Though the date of launch hasn’t been decided yet, it is certain that the all-new Swift Sport will enter the Indian markets this year. Post the Auto Expo of 2014, it was expected that the model would be launched sometime at the end of last year itself. But now the launch would happen this year, probably in July or at the end of 2015. The car has also been spied testing in the country. It was seen on the roads near the manufacturing facility of the company in Manesar in Gurgaon.
