A very mild and easy to make breakfast. Should be prepared using coconut oil. Tastes good and to be eaten hot.
Ingredients
vermicelli (Bombino) 2 small cup, onion-1, green chilli- 2/3, ginger- a very small peice,
mustard seed - 1 tsp, urad dal - 1-11/2 tsp, salt, coconut oil -2 tbsp, curry leaves (kadipatta), coconut grated - 1small cup, water for boiling - 3 to 4 cup
Directions
Boil water then add vermicelli put in little salt and 1tsp of oil stir. put off gas and cover with lid. After 3/4 min.drain of water thru strainer..
Take a kadhai put in coconut oil. When hot put in mustard seeds, urad dal.when it splutters put in curry leaves.Then put in chopped onions, chopped green chillies,grated ginger add salt and saute till onion changes colour. Then add the drained vermicelli mix very carefully without breaking the vermicelli. Then finally add grated coconut. Again mix Serve hot.
